- Processing Time:
- Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during registration. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Non-Refundable Situations:
- No refunds will be issued if you fail to notify us within the specified timeframe.
- Refunds will not be provided for cancellations due to reasons not directly related to attendance, such as changes in personal plans.
